Individual therapy, counseling
Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes long and focus on your specific needs. During the first session, your therapist will get to know you, listen to your main concerns, and help you list some goals for your work together. In subsequent sessions, you will work with your therapist to learn coping skills, process emotions and thoughts and build upon your strengths to help you not just reduce symptoms, but grow and thrive. Your sessions confidential, and our offices are a safe judgement-free zone, so you can always feel supported.
Couples at times struggle to connect with each other. Financial stress, parenting issues, communication difficulties, and sex are the top four reasons couples fight and grow appart. Couple‘s therapy can help you to better understand each other’s needs and frustrations, develop better skills in communication and parenting, and also find the intimacy and connection that was lost along the way.
